What is the 1000Zebras Work Marketplace Platform?

The 1000Zebras Work Marketplace Platform is a platform owned and operated by 1000Zebras Inc., that connects Service Providers and Business Users, facilitating the reservation and transaction of services.

What is the Marketplace Fee Structure?

The marketplace fee structure includes a Service Fee of 5% of the gross listed price of any service transacted and reserved through the Platform. This Service Fee is borne by the Business User initiating the reservation, but later deducted from your service provider’s bill. Additionally, Subscription Packages with additional benefits and features are available, billed separately from the Service Fee.

What are the Subscription Packages?

Subscription Packages provide additional benefits and features, billed separately from the Service Fee. Details and pricing of Subscription Packages will be made available on the Platform.

What are the limitations of the Free Plan for Business Users?

The Free Plan offers limited features, including restricted access to the number of postings, applicant views, and messaging capabilities. For additional features and benefits, Business Users may upgrade to a Paid Plan.

How can I upgrade from a Free Plan to a Paid Plan?

Users can upgrade to a Paid Plan to unlock additional features and benefits. Payment terms and conditions for the Paid Plan will be outlined during the upgrade process on the Platform.

What are the obligations and responsibilities of the users?


Users must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines provided by the Company while using the Platform. Service Providers must have the necessary skills, qualifications, and permissions to offer their services on the Platform and perform their services in a professional and workmanlike manner.

What is the liability of the Company?

The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of your use of the Platform. The total liability of the Company shall not exceed the amount of the Service Fee collected by the Company from the Service Provider.

What are the conditions for terminating the Agreement?

Either party may terminate the Agreement at any time, for any reason, upon written notice to the other party. Upon termination, the user must cease all use of the Platform, delete their profile, and cancel any ongoing Subscription Packages or memberships.

How are disputes resolved?

Any disputes arising out of or relating to the Agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association and governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.

What are the confidentiality requirements?


All parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information obtained during the performance of services through the Platform, unless such information is publicly available or its disclosure is required by law.

How is data protected?

Both parties shall comply with all applicable data protection and privacy laws and regulations in the performance of their respective obligations set forth in the Agreement.

What are the financial penalties for cancellation or misuse of the Platform?

For Service Providers, a cancellation fee of $1,000 will be payable to the Company for maintaining off-platform relationships with customers introduced through the Platform if the Service Provider cancels their active, paid subscription. Specific financial penalties for cancellation or misuse of the Platform for Business Users will be outlined in the specific terms of the Paid Plan.

What is the effective date of the Agreements?

The effective date of the Service Provider User Agreement is the date when the Service Provider participates in the Platform and agrees to abide by the terms and conditions. The effective date of the Business User Agreement is the date the Business User clicks "Accept" and it supersedes all previous agreements between the Company and the Business User regarding the subject matter.

Can I change my subscription package after I have already chosen one?


Yes, you can change your subscription package. If you wish to upgrade your subscription, you can do so via the Platform. If you wish to downgrade your subscription, please note that the downgrade will become effective at the end of your current billing cycle.

Are there any additional fees apart from the Service Fee and Subscription Fee?

The Service Fee and Subscription Fee are the primary charges. However, there may be additional charges for optional features or services that you choose to use.

What are the tax implications for using the Platform?

Service Providers and Business Users are responsible for determining any and all taxes and duties, including without limitation, sales, use, transfer, value-added, withholding, and other taxes and/or duties assessed, incurred, or required to be collected, paid, or withheld for any reason in connection with any request for, or performance of services, or otherwise in connection with any action, inaction, or omission of you or any affiliate of yours, or any of your or their respective employees, agents, contractors, or representatives.  

What is the effective date of the Agreements?

The effective date of the Service Provider User Agreement is the date when the Service Provider participates in the Platform and agrees to abide by the terms and conditions. The effective date of the Business User Agreement is the date the Business User clicks "Accept" and it supersedes all previous agreements between the Company and the Business User regarding the subject matter.

What happens if there is a dispute between a Service Provider and a Business User?

Disputes between a Service Provider and a Business User related to the services provided should initially be resolved between the parties. If the parties are unable to resolve the dispute, they may choose to escalate the matter to 1000Zebras Inc. for mediation. However, the Company is under no obligation to mediate or resolve any disputes.

Can I have multiple accounts on the Platform?


No, you are not allowed to maintain more than one account on the Platform without express written permission from the Company.

Can I share my account with someone else?

No, you cannot share your account with someone else. Your account is personal to you and may not be transferred or used by anyone else.

What are the Company’s rights in case of breach of the Agreement?

In case of breach of the Agreement by a user, the Company may, at its sole discretion, terminate the user’s access to the Platform, delete their profile, and cancel any ongoing Subscription Packages or memberships.

Is my data safe and confidential?

Yes, your data is safe and confidential. 1000Zebras Inc. takes data protection very seriously and complies with all relevant data protection laws. We only use your data for the purposes outlined in our Privacy Policy and do not share your data with third parties unless necessary for the provision of services or as required by law.

What are my obligations as a user of the Platform?

As a user of the Platform, you are required to comply with all the terms and conditions outlined in the 'Service Provider User Agreement' and 'Business User Agreement', which include, but are not limited to, providing accurate and up-to-date information, maintaining the confidentiality of your account, and conducting yourself in a professional and lawful manner.

When does the 'Service Provider User Agreement' and 'Business User Agreement' become effective?

The 'Service Provider User Agreement' and 'Business User Agreement' become effective on the date you accept them by creating an account on the Platform and continue to be in effect until terminated by either you or the Company as described in the Agreements.

Are there any financial penalties for breaching the Agreement?

The Company reserves the right to claim damages from a user for breaching the Agreement, including but not limited to, for non-payment of fees, providing false or misleading information, or for any other breach of the obligations outlined in the Agreement.

Can I terminate my account at any time?

Yes, you can terminate your account at any time by sending a written notice to the Company. However, please note that if you have a paid subscription, you will not receive a refund for any unused portion of your subscription, and any outstanding fees must be paid before your account is terminated.

What happens to my data after my account is terminated?

After your account is terminated, we will retain your data for a period as required by applicable law or as necessary for our legitimate business purposes. After this period, your data will be permanently deleted from our systems.

What if I have a complaint about the Platform or the services provided?

If you have a complaint about the Platform or the services provided, you can submit your complaint to the Company via the contact form available on the Platform or by sending an email to support@1000zebras.com. We take all complaints seriously and will respond to your complaint as soon as possible.
